The next piece of my Subject-To video training series will be posted this week. I’ll focus primarily on how to use the Monster Purchase and Sale Agreement to get properties under contract for Subject-To purchase. But it’s very important to realize that the Monster Purchase and Sale Agreement is excellent for use as your normal “go-to” real estate purchase and sale agreement, because it’s useful for far more than just Subject-To real estate investment transactions.
It’s free to check out the Monster Purchase and Sale Agreement ahead of time.
If there are any particular contract issues that you’d like to have addressed in the upcoming video, please tell me about them in the comments area below. Thanks!
Also, here’s an interesting resource for finding more motivated sellers:

Where is the next subject to video? I just watched the 101 and I liked it. I am always looking to see how I can get better at what I already do and sharpen my techniques.
If I buy a property Subject To the existing mortgage, is the deed recorded?
If the deed is recorded, doesn’t the recording of the deed break the chain of title and start?
Can I sell the property 4 or 6 months later to a buyer who comes in with a FHA loan which requires three month seasoning?
