If I buy a property Subject To the existing mortgage, is the deed recorded?
If the deed is recorded, doesn't the recording of the deed break the chain of title and start?
Can I sell the property 4 or 6 months later to a buyer who comes in with a FHA loan which requires three month seasoning?
