He’s personally been involved in big commercial deals, multi-lender Bulk REO deals and has personally done over 1,500 subject-to transactions. He’s the kind of guy that if he agrees to have lunch with you, you drop everything else and meet with him whenever it’s convenient for him. There aren’t many people about whom I feel that way, but this guy is certainly one of them.
Anything you’ve ever thought about doing in the real estate business, this guy has already done – and probably many, many times. He’s got underwear that’s older than your favorite “guru”
