If you are a real estate investor in the Denver area, then you know that the 2 to 3 days preceding the weekly public auctions of foreclosures are intense. You have only a little time to identify potential investments and evaluate them for viability before you head off to the auction to bid on them. To resolve this issue, two different software companies have developed competing programs to help investors “scour” data from the Denver area and the surrounding counties and process it quickly and effectively[1].
The firms offer similar research concepts, but while one focuses on spreadsheet-based data presentation and allows the investor to select the properties in which he or she is interested, the other offers a variety of sorting options by equity, auction date and assessed value. Both companies hope to expand throughout Colorado, if not further, and are also investigating avenues that would enable investors to use their programs for short sale investing as well.
The market for real estate investing products has never been better, despite routine demonization of this vitally important group by the media. Do you think that these tools could help your real estate investing business?

The ones I have used in the past sure were not very good and when I talked to the companies about their short comings I received mostly lame excuses or even a nasty attitude. Needless to say they no longer get my money! I have also learned most of this information can be easily retrieved from various free public sources more accurately and free, did I mention free!
A company with good support, good attitude and accurate information would be useful however. So when a company pops up that will actually do this it should do well and be useful. It also should be inexpensive as they get the information for free! It is not like they are putting in very much work to make this information available.
Excellent read, I just passed this onto a friend who was doing some research on that. And he just bought me lunch as I found it for him smile Thus let me rephrase that: Thank you for lunch!
