Wholesaling real estate can be a great way to make money. If you’re not familiar, the idea is this: You find a property at a great price (maybe because it’s a foreclosure or needs a lot of work). You get it under contract for a really great price, and then you sell the CONTRACT to someone else for maybe $5,000 to $25,000 or so.

There are thousands of real estate investors all over America that do this type of transaction on a regular basis, but nearly every one of them is done exclusively locally. That’s because it’s far easier and faster that way.

Unfortunately, it’s also far more limiting to do business ONLY in your own back yard. Furthermore, it’s not necessary to limit yourself like that. The internet makes this type of nation-wide business very achievable.

But there are really at least two parts to this puzzle:

  • You’ve got to understand how the process of real estate wholesaling actually works. There’s a pretty cheap e-Book that explains this pretty well. Here’s where you can get to it: Instant Property Profits
  • Next, you’ve got to have an infrastructure in place to be able to find and flip the real estate deals as you find them. This requires a few things, like having a website with information gathering forms and an email list so you can easily advertise your properties.

Frankly, I think I’m the very best person in the entire world to teach you about the second part - the internet part of the business. I was flipping property on the internet years ago - long before the people who are now selling websites were even in the real estate business.

So that’s what I’ll do: During the next several days, I’ll put up some posts that will teach you exactly how to
use the internet to find and flip wholesale deals. In the mean time, please put up any questions you have about this in the comments section below:
