How do you close the deal.. an attny told me i would be defrauding the banks if it was actually being sold for more and was worth more because the buyer was willing to pay 139k – how did you close then deal to make it work..? ive heard of dbl closings but most attnys are being trained this is defrauding the lenders, tell me more..
A very astute question! Attorneys – particularly those who have no experience with anything other than absolutely standard real estate closings – tend to give very generalized advice that may be will intentioned but is not indicative of the actual law. My recommendation is to have a look at the video and you’ll feel much better
