I fervently believe 2009 will be one of the greatest years ever for those of us in the real estate and related industries.  There is so much opportunity that it virtually slaps me in the face each time I drive down the street!

That may have sounded like a pitch to get you to spend some money on the latest greatest real estate strategy, but don’t worry:  It isn’t.

In fact, there are two genuinely valuable things I’d like to give to you.  First:

  • I’m hosting a gathering here in Atlanta on Friday evening, January 2 at 7:00 PM.  This is not a seminar – it’s an informal dinner meeting.  Nobody will sell anything – it’s just a great time to network and get to know each other face to face!  Your only cost to attend will be the price of your meal (the average price per entree will be below $25 and will be located in the metro Atlanta/Buckhead area).  I’d love it if you’d join us for some food and fun!  (I’ll tell you the precise location after you RSVP…to RSVP, follow the instructions below.  Please note – I have a strict space limitation – it appears there will be room for only about 10 people at most, so first-come, first served!
  • On Wednesday evening at 9:00 PM ET, I’m going to offer the first installment of my highly acclaimed Subject-To investor training.  It’s totally free – including all of the education, contracts and collateral materials.  Don’t expect to be upsold into some other product, because it won’t happen.  When you’re done with this training, you’ll legitimately know how to make Subject-To deals happen for you.  Please believe me when I say that if you’re interested in Subject-to Real estate investing, this is something you don’t want to miss.  (I’ll send you info about how to register later today.)
