I fervently believe 2009 will be one of the greatest years ever for those of us in the real estate and related industries.  There is so much opportunity that it virtually slaps me in the face each time I drive down the street!

That may have sounded like a pitch to get you to spend some money on the latest greatest real estate strategy, but don’t worry:  It isn’t.

In fact, there are two genuinely valuable things I’d like to give to you.  First:
