Michigan Homeowners to Receive Legal Aid Fighting MERS Cases

Borrowers who may have been affected by improper foreclosures will be able to access up to $60,000 worth of legal aid if they live in Ingham County, Michigan. Bank of America Tripling Homeowner Assistance Centers

In an effort to help more homeowners avoid foreclosure, Bank of America has announced it will open 28 new number of homeowner assistance centers in 2011, tripling the number currently operating.
